A Silver Agreement consists of the Bronze phone and remote dial-in support as well as 5-day onsite support Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Excluding major Holidays.) This agreement covers labor, travel, and loaners for all hardware sold by DBS. Also included are discounts on select hardware and onsite training sessions as well as FREE travel charges for after-hours service calls. |
