  Follow the directions below to have a DBS technician remotely access your system for support purposes:  
 
 
  1. You must have internet access from your backoffice / file server.

2. Click on the Globe to the right to download our support software to your server.

3. If prompted, select OPEN on the window that pops up.

4. You will see a list of available technicians, click on the name of the technician that is assisting you.

   

Click above to start Remote Support.

Once installed...you can visit www.support.dbs4pos.com to initiate future sessions.
