This position is dynamic.  Members of the service department team are responsible for configuring, building, servicing, and supporting leading restaurants in the Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey markets.  DBS is looking for additional help to maintain our high level of customer service as we grow.  Sample daily responsibilities include servicing small networked systems, configuring menus, training end users, and making repairs to hardware in our office and the field.  There is vast interaction with many different customers and businesses in this environment.  This exciting position will never be boring and allow technicians to consistently learn new technologies and services.  General operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  Hours may vary based on project requirements.

CCTV & Computer Cable contractors needed for openings at Delaware Business Systems.  Clean driving record, dependable transportation, strong communication skills, and experience is preferred.   This department focuses on running computer cabling and installing DVR (Digital Video Recording) systems.  All tools and equipment is provided.  Completely stocked cable truck is available for use.  This position is highly independent and requires decision making and professional appearance.  Fiber optic experience is not required.  Most jobs consist of 15 or less data runs.  CCTV installation experience is preferred and additional training is available.  General operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  Hours may vary based on project requirements.
