A bronze agreement consists of phone and remote dial-in support for all technical issues 7 days a week, including holidays.
A Silver Agreement consists of the Bronze phone and remote dial-in support as well as 5-day onsite support Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Excluding major Holidays.) This agreement covers labor, travel, and loaners for all hardware sold by DBS. Also included are discounts on select hardware and onsite training sessions as well as FREE travel charges for after-hours service calls.
Gold Agreements include everything from the Bronze and Silver Plans, but also include service coverage after 5:00PM (including weekends and Holidays!)
Pre-pay DBS for support and use that money towards: Discounted labor and travel rates, phone support, replacement hardware, equipment repairs, etc. This block of money never expires! Several starting amounts are available.
